• Experience coordinating external audits and working with auditors, tax, and legal teams.
• Strong technical accounting capabilities in mergers, acquisitions, restructurings, and product launches.

Responsabilités

• Lead preparation and review of quarterly and annual financial statements under US GAAP and IFRS.
• Coordinate with external auditors and stakeholders to ensure timely audit cycles.
• Provide authoritative guidance on complex transactions and document conclusions in memos.
