Job summary

Nuveen, a subsidiary of TIAA, seeks an experienced Senior Lead Application Developer to lead L2 application support for the Credit Analytics Performance team in the US. The role supports high-volume intraday operations, coordinates cloud migration, and collaborates with Operations, Infrastructure, and Alt Credit technology teams on analytics, performance, portfolio management and deal management apps.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree required.
5+ years of application support experience.
5+ years of hands-on Snowflake experience.
5+ years of hands-on AWS experience.
Experience in trading environments and with WSO Web, FactSet, Bloomberg PORT or CRD platforms.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary US point of contact for managing application support for the Credit Analytics Performance team.
Provide L2 application support for high-volume intraday operations and escalate to L3 as needed.
Troubleshoot data flow end-to-end and ensure performance/stability with Operations and Infrastructure teams.
Collaborate with business and engineering to produce technical design documents and support cloud migration.
Lead integration testing, UAT, and Build/Deploy activities across multiple applications.
