Job summary

TIAA, in partnership with Nuveen, seeks a seasoned Business Analyst/Product Manager in the United States to identify and analyze business needs, gather requirements, and translate them into clear functional specifications for Agile delivery across teams.

You will lead data analysis to identify trends, drive process improvements using Excel and AI-enabled tools, and collaborate with stakeholders to track milestones, risks, and value delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Business analysis and requirements gathering.
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
• Data analysis to identify trends and support decision-making using Excel and AI tools.
• Business process mapping and documentation of relationships across users, data, and systems.
• Project reporting and tracking milestones, risks, and status updates.
• Experience in Agile frameworks with BA/PO/PM roles.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Strong leadership and collaboration across business and technology teams.

Responsibilities
