Job summary

Nuveen, the global investment leader and parent company of TIAA, is seeking a Senior Lead Business Systems Analyst to ensure designed solutions meet business needs and align with the organization’s information systems architecture.

You will work closely with senior leadership, manage large programs, coordinate requirements, testing, and communications to steer multiyear roadmaps and strategic initiatives across Middle & Back Office teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading business analysis in financial services initiatives.
• Ability to map current-state to target-state workflows using Visio/PowerPoint.
• Experience translating business goals into technical requirements for delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with operations and technology teams to create business and system requirement documents for BAU and strategic projects.
• Lead integration and UAT testing across multiple applications and stakeholders.
