Qualifications

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a team of application engineers.
Recruit, coach, and mentor team members; conduct performance reviews and IDPs.
Provide technical guidance on semi-custom AHU applications and compliance with codes.
Drive quote turnaround time improvements and support sales with engineering insights.
Develop and maintain guidelines, design standards, and best practices.
Support product management with VOC feedback and market trend analysis.
Coordinate with SelNav for software requirements and monthly releases.
Travel minimal to support sales and training as needed.
