Johnson Controls, Inc. is seeking an Application Engineering Manager to lead a team of application engineers within the Air Handling product unit.

You will recruit, coach, and develop engineers, set performance goals, and serve as a technical authority on complex semi-custom AHU applications. You will collaborate with sales leaders to align customer requirements with viable product solutions, improve quotes, and drive efficiency through best practices and Lean initiatives.

Qualifikationen

• BS degree in Engineering (ABET accredited) or related science.
• Minimum of 5-10 years’ experience in design, sales, or applications of Air Handling Units.

• Lead and develop a team of application engineers; recruit, coach, mentor, and set goals.
• Provide technical guidance for complex semi-custom AHU applications and ensure code compliance.
• Support revenue growth through accurate, timely, and competitive quotes and tooling improvements.
• Partner with regional sales to translate customer needs into viable product solutions and pricing.
• Drive Lean improvements to quote-to-order processes and engineering workflows.
