Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, and Teams.
• Working knowledge of Windows operating systems.
• Experience with Nitro PDF writer or equivalent.
• Basic knowledge of thermodynamics and HVAC principles.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical application support, equipment selection, and estimating assistance for project opportunities.
• Manage equipment projects from order release through startup and project closeout; ensure profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate project schedules, backlog, forecasting, and vendor activities; review schedules and change orders.
• Develop engineered submittals by reviewing contracts, drawings, and specifications; ensure compliance with standards.
