NECI seeks a Senior Application Engineer to support Account Executives, Sales Executives, and Order Management in pursuing sales opportunities. You will guide customers on product orders and proposals while upholding NECI’s Core Values to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include developing proposals, expanding valve automation sales, supporting start-up and calibration, and resolving issues per principal standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering required.
• 8+ years of relevant work experience preferred.
• Proven experience in customer-facing roles and providing solutions to clients.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present proposals for customer solutions based on requirements and standards.
• Grow valve automation business by promoting NECI's product lines and solutions.
• Provide technical services including start-up, calibration, and issue resolution.
• Ensure on-time delivery by coordinating with factories and suppliers.
