Job summary

NECI is seeking a Supervising Application Engineer to drive sales of valve automation solutions and provide technical service to customers. The role involves working with Account Managers to secure product orders and deliver high levels of customer satisfaction in alignment with NECI’s Think Customer principles.

The position requires strong sales capability, hands-on technical support, and the ability to coordinate with principals to ensure timely delivery and successful project outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial or Chemical).
• 3–5 years of relevant work experience.
• Competitive spirit and drive to exceed goals.
• Proven experience in customer-facing roles and engagement with an audience.

Responsibilities

• Propose and sell customer solutions by evaluating requirements and proposing control solutions.
• Grow valve automation business to meet annual sales goals and promote NECI as a total valve supplier.
• Support on-time delivery by assessing needs and coordinating with factories/principals.
• Provide technical services including start-up, checkout and calibration, and resolve product/service issues.
• Identify new sales opportunities and support account growth with accurate customer data and plans.
