Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent work experience.
- 5 years of software development experience.
- 3 years of database technologies experience.
- 5 years of experience with SDLC project implementations.
- 3 years of systems analysis including high level design.
- Experience in RPG, Java, SQL, Angular, APIs design and implementation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated leadership and problem solving.
Responsibilities
- Provide architectural guidance and design input for complex software solutions.
- Lead 50/50 design mentorship and hands-on delivery of code.
- Develop software designs that align with company standards.
- Collaborate with architects, developers and business users.
- Document requirements, design, and test scripts for enhancements.
- Mentor teammates and drive technical direction for projects.
