Job summary

DTCC is seeking a Senior Associate Application Support Engineer to support mission-critical applications across mainframe and distributed platforms. The role focuses on system stability, incident resolution, and continuous improvement in a production environment.

You will gain exposure to enterprise systems, build expertise in application support, root cause analysis, and platform reliability while operating in a fast-paced, ownership-driven setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 6–8 years of experience in application or production support.
• Experience supporting mainframe applications.

Responsibilities

• Analyze application issues and incidents to identify root causes and prevent recurrence.
• Provide day-to-day production support for applications across mainframe and distributed environments.
• Monitor dashboards and alerts to proactively identify and mitigate issues.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve alerts and escalate when necessary.
• Maintain runbooks, knowledge base, and standard operating procedures.
