Job summary

Lanvera, a leader in customer communications management, is seeking an Application Support Engineer for its client-facing Technical Services team. You will diagnose and resolve complex application issues in a fast-paced environment, coordinating with Client Support, Infrastructure, Development, and business stakeholders to ensure reliability and performance of critical applications.

The role requires 3–5 years of experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and a focus on delivering

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 3–5 years of experience supporting enterprise or business-critical software applications.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, including ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Strong customer-service orientation and commitment to high-quality support.

Responsibilities

• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve complex application issues, performing RCA and sustainable fixes.
• Own incidents, service requests, and problems from triage to resolution with cross-functional coordination.
• Identify and remediate application security vulnerabilities and risks.
• Automate repetitive operations through scripting and process improvements.
• Administer third-party enterprise applications: installation, configuration, patching, upgrades, maintenance.
