Job summary

Lanvera is seeking an Application Support Engineer to join its client-facing Technical Services team in a fast-paced environment. You will diagnose and resolve complex issues across multi-platform environments, collaborate with cross-functional groups, and drive proactive improvements to application stability and performance.

The role focuses on incident ownership, automation, monitoring enhancements, and thorough documentation to support high-quality client service and secure operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IS or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of enterprise application support experience.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• Experience with Windows, Linux, cloud or hybrid environments.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve complex application issues with RCA.
• Own incidents from triage to resolution with cross-functional coordination.
• Remediate security vulnerabilities and risks.
• Collaborate with Infrastructure, Development, and Client Support teams.
• Automate repetitive tasks via scripting.
• Administer third-party enterprise applications including config and patching.
• Enhance monitoring and alerting to protect service availability.
• Create and maintain technical docs and knowledge base.
• Participate in on-call rotation and scheduled maintenance.
