Regional Management Corp. in Plano, Texas, is seeking a Senior Application Support Engineer to oversee reliability, performance, and continuous improvement for critical business applications. You will own complex Level 2/3 incidents, drive root-cause analysis, and mentor engineering staff.

Operate across development, infrastructure, security, and vendor teams to maintain availability and SLA adherence. This role requires strong troubleshooting, coding, and documentation skills, with a focus on

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field and progressive experience in enterprise Production/Academic environments.
• Experience leading complex incidents and performing root-cause analysis, problem management, and corrective actions.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft development technologies and SQL Server performance troubleshooting.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as senior escalation point for complex Level 2/3 incidents, owning investigation and resolution.
• Coordinate resources and communicate during major incidents.
• Lead problem management and drive permanent corrective actions.
• Mentor Level One/Two engineers and coach troubleshooting practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve multi-system issues.
• Develop and improve runbooks, dashboards, and alerts for proactive operations.
• Support application releases, changes, and deployments with post-implementation reviews.
