Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 5+ years supporting enterprise applications with L2/L3 troubleshooting.
• Experience with ITSM platforms and structured ITIL processes.
• Strong Microsoft stack knowledge: .NET, C#, Visual Basic.
• Advanced SQL Server skills and data validation expertise.
• Experience with APIs, scheduled jobs, and multi‑tier apps.
• Proficient in monitoring, logging, alerting, and diagnostics.
• Ability to produce clear technical docs and runbooks.
• Effective communicator with technical and business stakeholders.
• Mentor colleagues and lead technical work during incidents.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior escalation point for complex incidents and drive restoration.
• Lead incident reviews, problem analysis, and root-cause actions.
• Coach Level One teams and improve troubleshooting practices.
• Collaborate across dev, infra, security, and vendors to resolve issues.
• Monitor health, performance, and alerts; tune dashboards and thresholds.
• Plan releases, changes, patches, and post‑implementation reviews.
• Develop automation and scripts to reduce manual effort.
• Participate in on-call rotation and after-hours incident response.
• Provide technical guidance and post-incident learning across teams.
