Job summary

RemotePass is building a global payroll and compliance platform. We’re hiring a Product Manager, AI to define how AI integrates across the core platform, from early experiments to production features used by customers worldwide. You’ll work directly with the CEO, engineers, and operators to shape product direction in high-stakes, ambiguous environments.

You’ll need 5+ years in product management, experience with AI- or data-heavy products, and fluency in English. Remote-first.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
• Experience building AI- or data-heavy products; understanding model behavior and production readiness.
• Comfortable writing specs, running experiments, and iterating on feedback with engineers.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Define AI product direction for the core platform, beyond individual features.
• Decide what to automate and where humans should stay in control.
• Shape how payroll, compliance, and payments data are interacted with via AI.
• Turn customer problems into clear product decisions in high-stakes workflows.
