Qualifications

• BS in Chemical Engineering or related field
• 5 years chemical manufacturing experience
• 3+ years in peptides or small molecules
• US work authorization required

Responsibilities

• Lead tech transfers from development through PV and commercial supply
• Translate process intent into operating strategies and PV readiness
• Develop and maintain process knowledge infrastructure and models
• Support HSE/PSM oversight and incident investigations
• Collaborate with CM teams to optimize unit operations and variability
