Fairstead is seeking a Service Manager to supervise the repair and maintenance of property buildings, ensuring the timely installation of mechanical equipment and upkeep to support operational effectiveness. The role emphasizes safety, cleanliness, and adherence to Fairstead safety policies across all facilities.

As a leader of the maintenance team, you will oversee specialized trades, handle routine and complex projects, and may work overtime for emergencies or special initiatives.

Formación

• Three years experience in property maintenance.
• Proficient in a specific trade with general maintenance and repair skills.
• Knowledge of tools, techniques, and terminology of building and mechanical trades.
• Strong knowledge of accident and safety precautions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Being knowledgeable in Yardi Software a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Supervision of other maintenance employees.
• Taking a leadership position on special projects.
• Perform a variety of skilled maintenance and repair tasks.
