Job summary

Fairstead is seeking a Service Manager to supervise repair and maintenance across properties. You will ensure timely installation of mechanical equipment, oversee electrical and mechanical systems, and uphold Fairstead safety standards to keep facilities clean and compliant.

The role requires three years of property maintenance experience, proficiency in trades, and strong safety knowledge. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with property software are a plus.

Qualifications

• Three years of experience in property maintenance.
• Proficient in building and mechanical trades.
• Strong knowledge of accident and safety precautions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Supervision of other maintenance employees.
• Taking a leadership position on special projects.
• Performing a variety of skilled maintenance and repair tasks.
• Applying strong knowledge of accident and safety precautions.
• Working independently on routine projects and receiving assistance for more complex projects.
• Occasional need to work overtime for special projects or emergencies.
