Job summary

RPI Print is seeking an experienced Sr. Accounts Payable Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day accounts payable function supporting our North American operations, including facilities in Washington, Georgia, New York, and Oregon, plus Blurb and MagCloud.

You will report to the Controller and ensure invoices and payments are processed accurately and on time, while maintaining strong vendor relationships and compliant AP records.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive accounts payable or related accounting experience, including ownership of the full AP cycle.
• Experience leading an AP function, supervising employees, or serving as the senior point person for accounts payable.
• Strong understanding of AP processes, controls, vendor management, and payment processing (ACH/wire).
• Experience supporting month-end close and account reconciliations.
• Experience with 1099 reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage full AP cycle in Epicor Kinetic, including invoice processing, coding, approvals, payments, and vendor reconciliation across multiple entities.
• Oversee processing of vendor invoices, freight bills, and other payables with PO/receipt matching.
• Administer invoice approvals in Stampli and ensure compliance with policies.
• Manage weekly payment runs (check/ACH/wire), including intercompany payments.
• Partner with Logistics on freight payables and carrier billing.
• Maintain vendor records and perform W-9 collection and banking verifications.
• Resolve vendor inquiries and discrepancies; review statements.
• Support month-end/year-end close; AP subledger-to-GL reconciliation and accruals.
• Own 1099 reporting; ensure proper documentation and controls.
• Identify opportunities to improve AP processes and automation.
