Job summary

RPI Print, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Accounts Payable Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day AP function for North American operations, including WA, GA, NY, and OR.

You will manage invoices, payments, vendor relationships, and AP records to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance. This hands-on role emphasizes automation and AI-assisted review within Epicor Kinetic and Stampli. Qualifications

• 5+ years in progressive accounts payable roles
• Experience owning or overseeing full AP cycle
• Experience leading an AP function or senior point of contact for AP
• Experience with 1099 reporting and month-end close
• Strong communication with vendors and internal stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Manage full AP cycle across multiple entities and locations
• Oversee invoice processing, approvals, and payment runs (check, ACH, wire)
• Administer Stampli workflows and ensure proper documentation and coding
• Maintain vendor records and respond to inquiries
• Support month-end/year-end close and AP subledger-GL reconciliation
• Own annual 1099 reporting and vendor 1099 processes
• Identify AP process improvements and drive automation across functions
