Job summary

RPI Print is seeking a Sr. Accounts Payable Supervisor to oversee AP for North American operations, including WA, GA, NY, and OR. You will manage the full AP cycle in Epicor Kinetic, maintain vendor records, and drive process improvements using automation and AI tools.

This hands-on role also supports month-end close and 1099 reporting. The role requires 5+ years AP experience, leadership experience, and strong problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive accounts payable experience.
• Experience owning the full AP cycle and leading an AP function.
• Strong attention to detail and high-volume processing.
• Experience with 1099 reporting.
• Experience with ERP systems; Epicor and Stampli are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the full accounts payable cycle in Epicor Kinetic and ensure accuracy.
• Oversee invoice processing, approvals, payments, and vendor reconciliations.
• Manage 1099 reporting and year-end close support.
• Lead AP team, provide guidance, and drive process improvements.
• Collaborate with Logistics, Finance, and other departments to resolve issues.
