Job summary

EcoShield Pest Solutions in Gilbert, AZ is seeking an experienced Senior Accounts Payable Specialist to manage invoices, payments, and vendor relations. You will help strengthen AP controls while partnering with internal teams and external support partners.

Responsibilities include processing invoices and payment batches, resolving discrepancies, and supporting month-end close with reconciliations and aging reports. The role requires 3+ years in AP, ERP experience, and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressive accounts payable experience.
• Experience with ERP or accounting systems and vendor records management.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables and VLOOKUPs).

Responsibilities

• Process invoices, payment requests, and vendor transactions accurately.
• Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and vendor inquiries.
• Support month-end close with AP aging, reconciliations, and schedules.
• Maintain vendor records and verify banking/remittance updates.
