Job summary

Ledgent Finance & Accounting's client in South Chandler, Arizona seeks an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join a friendly, dynamic team. The role covers full-cycle AP across multiple entities, emphasizing accuracy and timely processing of invoices and payments.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years of AP experience, excellent Excel skills, and strong verbal/written communication. Mon-Fri first shift, on-site in Chandler, with competitive pay.

Qualifications

• Full-cycle AP experience in a multi-entity environment.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Proficient in Excel and data management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Perform full cycle AP processing for multiple entities.
• Input batched invoices from Isynergy into AS400.
• Reconcile monthly vendor statements.
• Verify batch reports for accuracy (vendor info, amounts, invoice numbers).
• Process checks and prepare them for mailing.
• Maintain accuracy of financial records and transactions.
• Communicate with stakeholders to resolve discrepancies.
• Support other finance duties as needed.
