Crescent Energy is seeking a Senior Accounts Payable Specialist to ensure timely invoice processing and accurate payments in a high-volume environment. The role requires strong judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize competing priorities while maintaining productive vendor relationships.

Based in Houston, you will handle complex coding, vendor inquiries, audits, and system reconciliations, with potential for remote work and collaboration with internal teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of accounts payable experience.
• Proficient in Excel including lookup, PivotTables and formulas.
• Experience with vendor communications and documentation.

Responsabilités

• Resolve complex invoice coding and payment exceptions.
• Serve as escalation point for vendors, field teams, and internal stakeholders.
• Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
• Enter invoices and payment requests in OpenInvoice; process adjustments.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
