Plus Power is seeking a Senior Accounts Payable Specialist to join its accounting team in a hybrid or remote-friendly role, supporting high-volume AP processing and vendor relations in a fast-growing energy storage company based in Seattle and across North America.

The role emphasizes data accuracy, adherence to GAAP, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure timely payments, accurate reporting, and robust internal controls.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Accounting or Finance required.
• 4+ years in accounting, preferably AP.
• Renewable energy, power, or construction experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process high volumes of AP invoices with proper allocations.
• Maintain vendor records and W-9s; manage 1099s.
• Reconcile AP ledgers and support monthly close.
• Assist with GAAP reporting and audits.
