Job summary

Revelyst is seeking a Sr. Accounts Payable Specialist to manage the full AP cycle at our Irvine, CA office. You will ensure timely payment, accurate GL postings, and strong vendor relations to support cash flow and financial integrity.

The role requires hands-on AP experience, strong Excel and ERP proficiency, and the ability to improve processes with Purchasing and Receiving teams. On-site role with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent.
• Experience with accounts payable and vendor management.
• Strong Excel skills and ability to analyze data clearly.
• Knowledge of ERP systems, preferably NetSuite.

Responsibilities

• Manage full accounts payable cycle and keep vendor accounts in good standing.
• Pay invoices timely, record postings with accurate dates and GL accounts.
• Reconcile monthly vendor statements and resolve past due invoices.
• Match PO, invoice and receiving documents to prevent overpayments.
• Prepare 1099s and assist in month-end close and reconciliations.
