Ledgent is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist for an onsite Irvine, CA role. Compensation ranges from $30.00 to $33.00 per hour plus a 10% annual bonus. Direct Hire position with four days onsite per week.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of AP experience in manufacturing, strong vendor management skills, and proficiency in ERP and Excel. Responsibilities include three-way matching, invoice processing, check runs, vendor record management, and month-end close support.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of Accounts Payable experience in a manufacturing environment.
• 3-5 years of experience with three-way matching (invoice, PO, receiving report).
• Experience reconciling raw material and packaging invoices.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and AP processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat.

• Perform three-way matching of invoices, purchase orders, and receiving documents.
• Review, code, and process vendor invoices accurately and timely.
• Process weekly check runs and electronic payments.
• Maintain vendor records, including W-9s and payment terms.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Respond to vendor and internal payment inquiries.
• Support month-end close, reconciliations, and 1099 reporting.
• Assist with audits and special projects.
• Collaborate with procurement and operations teams to resolve purchasing and invoicing issues.
• Maintain accurate electronic records and documentation.
