Wheeler Staffing Partners is seeking a Senior Accounts Payable Specialist for a contract-to-hire role in Plano, TX. The candidate will handle vendor invoices, employee expense reports, and PO requests using Concur, while coordinating payments via Sage Intacct.

The ideal candidate has 4–7 years of AP experience, strong Excel skills, and hands-on experience with automated accounting systems. This onsite-only position requires attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of accounts payable or related accounting experience preferred.
• Experience processing vendor invoices, expenses, and purchase orders in high-volume environment.
• Experience with Concur Invoice, including invoice processing and approval workflows, preferred.
• Familiarity with Concur Expense and Concur Request (PO module) preferred.
• Experience with Sage Intacct is a plus; familiarity with other ERP or automated accounting systems preferred.

Responsabilités

• Process vendor invoices accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
• Manage employee expense reports, invoices, and purchase orders in Concur applications.
• Process and manage accounts payable transactions and payments through Sage Intacct.
• Investigate vendor inquiries, balances, discrepancies, and invoice issues.
• Assist with month-end close, reconciliations, and accounting support tasks.
