Job summary

ebs recruiters LLC is seeking a Shared Services Analyst / Senior AP Specialist in Missouri to support accounts payable operations and identify opportunities to improve accuracy, efficiency, and controls in the shared services function.

The role requires 2+ years in AP, advanced Microsoft Excel, strong analytical and collaboration skills, and a mindset for process improvement with interest in automation and AI integration; NetSuite experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of accounts payable, shared services, or related accounting experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with AP automation or AI integration is a plus.
• NetSuite and expense management system experience are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and analyze accounts payable transactions, reconciliations, and reporting.
• Research and resolve invoice, vendor, and payment discrepancies.
• Support the transition and standardization of AP processes within the shared services function.
• Identify opportunities to streamline, automate, and improve accounting processes.
• Assist with AP technology and automation initiatives, including AI-based solutions.
• Analyze AP data and provide reporting to support business decisions.
• Partner with accounting and cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate processing.
• Maintain strong internal controls and accurate financial documentation.
• Support additional shared services and accounting projects as needed.
