Brightstar Lottery seeks a Senior Manager, Accounts Payable to lead North America AP operations within a global shared services model in a hybrid Providence-based role. You will oversee invoicing, payment execution, vendor maintenance, and SAP Ariba support, driving efficiency and strong controls.

You will champion Procure-to-Pay improvements, strengthen internal controls, and partner across Finance, Procurement, IT, Tax, and operations to deliver accurate, timely service with a focus on

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive Accounts Payable/Procure-to-Pay experience.
• Leadership experience managing accounting teams and coaching talent.
• Strong AP, P2P knowledge, and internal control environment.
• Experience in shared services or centralized processing.
• Advanced proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead North America AP operations within a global shared services model.
• Oversee offshore processing: invoice mgmt, payments, vendor maintenance.
• Monitor SLAs, metrics, and KPIs for compliance and service delivery.
• Serve as SME for Procure-to-Pay and SAP Ariba support.
• Drive process improvements, automation, reporting, and user adoption.
• Administer corporate purchasing card program and governance.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to strengthen controls and SOX compliance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
