Job summary

Revlon is seeking a Senior Manager of Finance Accounts Payable Operations to oversee AP service delivery across North America and global markets. You will partner with Treasury, Procurement, General Accounting, IT, and external providers to ensure timely invoice processing, accuracy, and strong controls.

You will lead AP operations, establish KPIs, monitor aging and escalations, and drive process improvements with SAP and Open Text, while supporting cash forecasting and working capital

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• 8+ years of Accounts Payable, Shared Services, or Finance Operations experience.
• 5+ years managing outsourced or offshore service delivery models.
• Strong SAP and Open Text Accounts Payable experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily Accounts Payable operations across North America and global regions.
• Establish and monitor SLAs, KPIs, and contractual service commitments.
• Develop and maintain AP dashboards and performance metrics.
• Provide executive-level reporting of Accounts Payable metrics.
• Support cash flow optimization initiatives and working capital.
