Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking a Manager, Accounts Payable to lead day-to-day AP operations within the Global Business Services team. This role emphasizes process standardization, automation, and SOX controls, with responsibility for direct spend, 2- and 3-way matching, and audits.

US-based role with base salary 115k–153k plus discretionary bonus, equity, and full benefits; collaborate across Finance, Procurement, and IT for optimized P2P.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Accounts Payable or Accounting with 3+ years leading teams in shared services or GBS.
• Direct spend experience, inventory, 3-way matching, and GRIR process knowledge.
• Experience supporting Procure-to-Pay (P2P) end-to-end processes.
• SOX controls mindset and collaboration with Accounting, Procurement, FP&A and IT.
• Hands-on experience with high-volume invoice processing and banking functions.
• Experience with month-end close activities including AP accruals and reconciliations.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, Coupa) and advanced Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day AP operations and end-to-end P2P processes.
• Standardize, automate, and drive continuous improvement in AP workflows.
• Oversee AP for Direct spend including 2- and 3-way matching, disbursements, and vendor inquiries.
• Serve as escalation point for complex payment holds and blockers.
• Improve cycle time, first-pass yield, and on-time payment performance.
• Strengthen PO and receiving discipline and internal controls.
• Support audits and remediation efforts; ensure SOX compliance.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Treasury, Tax, Finance, and IT on ERP integrations.
