Strong supervision, attention to detail, and process improvement are essential. The role requires accounting coursework, 6+ years managing AP (3+ years in supervision), and proficiency with Excel; Sage Intacct experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• College education with accounting coursework.
• 6+ years managing an Accounts Payable department, 3+ years supervision without college degree acceptable.
• Must have prior supervisory experience.

Responsabilités

• Supervise the Accounts Payable staff.
• Coordinate schedule and verify accuracy of payments and reports.
• Review invoices and match to purchase orders and packing slips.
• Assign account numbers and vendor codes for proper reporting.
• Enter invoices and prepare payments by checks, wires, or ACH.
• Route invoices for authorization and maintain filing.
• Maintain Excel files for account balances and communicate funding needs.
• Collaborate with Purchasing, Warehouse, and Moody Gardens personnel.
