Job summary

FIGS is seeking a Sr. Manager, Accounts Payable to join the finance team in Santa Monica. This role reports directly to the Assistant Controller and collaborates with finance, accounting, HR, marketing, production, and operations.

The ideal candidate brings 7–10 years of AP experience at fast-growing companies and advanced Coupa Pay/Netsuite ERP skills, plus a track record of leading AP staff and driving process improvements.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of accounts payable oversight at a fast-growing company.
• Advanced experience with Coupa including Coupa Pay and InvoiceSmash.
• Experience with Netsuite or a similar ERP.

Responsibilities

• Fully own the management of AP activities and coach staff.
• Enforce PO rules and cross-functional PO creation, approval, and closing.
• Review payments outside of Coupa and record in NetSuite.
• Manage vendor relations and vendor compliance in Coupa.
• Analyze invoices and expense reports for payment eligibility.
• Maintain guidelines for invoice coding to GL expense accounts.
• Manage weekly payment runs and ensure timely payments.
• Reconcile AP and Inventory Received Not Billed GLs.
• Develop SOPs for Coupa and Netsuite AP processing and SOX compliance.
• Assist with monthly close and respond to AP queries across teams.
• Train new staff on Coupa and Netsuite.
