Job summary

FIGS is seeking a Sr. Manager, Accounts Payable to lead the AP organization and drive cross-functional collaboration across finance, HR, marketing, production, and operations. The role requires 7–10 years of AP experience, strong Coupa and NetSuite skills, and a track record of mentoring staff.

The base salary range is $120,000 to $140,000 with annual bonus eligibility and comprehensive benefits. You will report to the Assistant Controller and play a key role in SOX compliance and process

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of accounts payable oversight experience in a fast-growing company.
• Advanced Coupa experience including Coupa Pay and Invoice Smash.
• Strong interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration with internal teams and vendors.
• Experience managing AP teams and improving AP processes.

Responsibilities

• Fully own management of activities and operations in the accounts payable organization and coach staff.
• Ensure PO rules are followed and cross-functional PO creation/approval/closing.
• Review payments outside of Coupa and ensure proper recording in NetSuite.
• Manage vendor relations and vendor compliance, setup in Coupa.
• Analyze invoices and expense reports for accuracy and proper entry in Coupa.
• Maintain guidelines for invoice handling to keep GL and inventory records accurate.
• Manage weekly payment runs and ensure timely, accurate payments and reports.
• Develop and maintain SOPs for Coupa and NetSuite AP processing to ensure SOX compliance.
• Provide accounting assistance to all teams and respond to AP inquiries.
• Train new employees on Coupa and NetSuite.
