Qualifications

• 7+ years accounts payable experience preferred
• Startup experience required
• NetSuite and Coupa experience required
• Strong hands-on AP processing background
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities

Responsibilities

• Manage high-volume accounts payable processing from start to finish
• Take ownership of assigned vendors, invoices, and related AP activities
• Research and resolve invoice and payment discrepancies
• Communicate with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve issues
• Manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly to changing business needs
• Identify opportunities to improve and streamline AP processes
• Maintain accurate records and ensure timely processing
• Assist with additional accounting and AP projects as needed
