Job summary

Integrated Dermatology is seeking an experienced accounts payable leader to own and optimize the invoice-to-pay cycle across multiple entities and locations. You will supervise a small AP team and drive process improvements.

Responsibilities include managing Coupa end-to-end, routing, payments, and Coupa Pay settlements, and supporting month-end close with accurate accruals and vendor master data integrity. Strong Excel skills and KPI/SOP development are essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of accounts payable experience with supervisory duties.
• Experience with Coupa and advanced Excel.
• Ability to design KPIs and SOPs for AP processes.
• Experience in multi-entity, multi-location environments.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimize the invoice-to-pay cycle across multiple entities and practice locations.
• Administer Coupa including routing, payments, and settlement via Coupa Pay.
• Support month-end close, accruals, and vendor master integrity.
