Responsibilities

• Supervises the staff and activities of the Accounts Payable function.
• Prepares and examines entries posted to ledger for accuracy and compliance with established policies.
• Analyses monthly payables ledger and journals to ensure proper posting.
• Ensures timely transmission of accurate payable ledger data monthly.
• Processes invoices and purchase orders according to established policies.
• Calculates KPIs such as Days in AP and measures team productivity.
• Supervises staff, assigns work, conducts evaluations, and recommends actions.
