Job summary

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of high-volume AP experience, strong Excel skills, and proficiency with Dynamics 365 BC; excellent communication and organizational abilities are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of progressive accounts payable experience in a high-volume, multi-entity environment.
• ERP proficiency with Microsoft Dynamics 365 BC / NAV.
• Intermediate-to-advanced Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups); Power Query a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support daily AP pipeline across entities; manage invoices, memos, and approvals.
• Prepare weekly payment runs (check, ACH, wire) for review and release.
• Run monthly statement reconciliations and manage unapplied payments and open credits.
• Assist vendor onboarding and banking-detail verifications; perform callback verifications.
• Assist with month-end close and year-end activities; maintain internal controls.
