Job summary

Winebow is seeking a Senior Accounts Receivable leader in the United States (Virginia/Ashland area). The role directs the regional AR team, ensures accurate posting of payments across multiple channels, and manages bank-ERP reconciliations.

You will drive collections, enforce policy, and collaborate with Sales and Operations on customer strategies. The ideal candidate has 7+ years in AR with ERP experience, strong Excel skills, and a solid understanding of GAAP and SOX compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field with 7+ years AR experience.
• Experience supervising AR teams and running collections and cash applications.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and SOX controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and develop the regional AR team and oversee cash postings.
• Manage credit-hold and sales-order blocks per policy and approve releases.
• Own bank-to-ERP deposits, reconciliations, and aging collections.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Customer Service to resolve disputes.
