Zusammenfassung

Delicato Family Vineyards is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable professional to lead the AP function in a high-volume environment. You will review invoices, perform three-way matching, and collaborate with procurement to resolve pricing variances.

You will manage weekly check runs, electronic payments, and month-end accruals, while ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with company policies. Strong ERP and Excel skills are required.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of accounting and/or business experience, including accounts payable, general ledger and account analysis.
• College courses in accounting or related field may be counted towards business experience requirement.

Aufgaben

• Reviews invoices and compares to purchase orders and receiving documents (3 way match).
• Reconciles vendor statements and resolves discrepancies on invoices for discounts, errors, late payments, etc.
• Leads weekly check disbursement runs and coordinates check signing schedule exceptions.
• Leads processing of electronic payments including ACH, Wires and Credit Card.
• Assists in month end close with accrual and expense analysis.
• Ensures adherence to company policies and proper documentation.
