Job summary

Winebow is seeking an Accounts Payable professional to manage daily AP processes across multiple entities. You will handle invoice verification, posting, and payment runs, ensuring accuracy and timely payments. The role includes vendor onboarding, banking-detail validation, and support for month-end close. Strong Excel skills and ERP experience are essential.

The position offers comprehensive benefits and a supportive team environment in a normal office setting with occasional overtime.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
• ERP proficiency; Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central / NAV strongly preferred.
• Intermediate-to-advanced Microsoft Excel; Power Query a plus; Emburse Certify or Concur experience.

Responsibilities

• Support daily AP pipeline across entities, including mailboxes and supplier portals.
• Assemble weekly payment runs and issue checks and EFT payments after approvals.
• Run monthly reconciliations, manage unapplied payments, and document deductions.
• Prepare vendor onboarding/change packages and verify banking details.
• Produce weekly AP aging reviews and assist month-end close.
