Chartwells Higher Education is hiring an Analyst, Accounting Sr to support the end-to-end Electronic Accounts Payable process at California State University - Monterey Bay, Seaside, CA. The role requires a four-year degree preference and several years of customer service experience, with proficiency in Office tools and database systems.

Salary ranges from $75,000 to $90,000, with benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401k and PTO.

Qualifications

• A four-year degree is preferred.
• Three years of customer service experience; Accounts Payable experience a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Support Desk and database systems.
• Strong customer service focus with excellent organizational and planning skills.
• Working knowledge of Remedy is preferred.
• Ability to work under pressure, learn quickly and self-motivate.

Responsibilities

• Provides daily support to field personnel utilizing the Electronic Accounts Payable functionality.
• Researches and gathers information for root cause analysis, working with other teams as required.
• Monitors support desk tickets and resolves and responds to requests in a timely manner.
• Assists in creation and maintenance of support and training materials.
• Identifies support trends and related opportunities for enhancement of the electronic invoicing process.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
