Qualifications

• Three years of progressively responsible financial record-keeping experience.
• Any equivalent combination of education and experience providing the required knowledge and abilities.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and Word; experience with information systems used for student financials.

Responsibilities

• Process a high-volume of tuition-related transactions and cash handling.
• Resolve student holds and billing questions with confidentiality and accuracy.
• Produce and distribute student ID cards for CSUMB students, staff and faculty.
• Distribute payroll checks and reimbursements to students, staff and faculty.
• Maintain and reconcile financial records and reports.
