Location & Schedule

Dallas, TX. Work schedule: 4 days in office with Fridays remote work.

Base Pay Range

$90,000 - $100,000 per year.

Key Responsibilities

• Process purchase‑order based inventory bills and payments.
• Process non‑inventory payables on schedule.
• Reconcile tariffs, duties, and freight for imported inventory.
• Reconcile accruals and prepaids at month‑end.
• Perform other month‑end reconciliations (e.g., customer gift card liabilities).
