A financial services company is seeking an Accounts Payable Accountant for their Dallas, TX location. This role involves processing invoices, managing high-volume payables, and collaborating with procurement. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance and has experience in international inventory environments. The position offers a salary range of $90,000 - $100,000 per year with a flexible work schedule including remote days.

• Experience in an international inventory environment, understanding tariffs, duties, and freight.
• Comfortable managing high-volume, multi-vendor payables and meeting month-end close deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Process purchase-order based inventory bills and payments.
• Process non-inventory payables on schedule.
• Reconcile tariffs, duties, and freight for imported inventory.
• Reconcile accruals and prepaids at month-end.
• Perform other month-end reconciliations (e.g., customer gift card liabilities).
• Collaborate with procurement/operations to match invoices with POs and goods receipts.
