Job summary

Endologix seeks a Principal Aortic Account Manager to lead strategic sales in our vascular portfolio. You will build trusted relationships with leading vascular surgeons and hospital systems, driving adoption of EVAR/TEVAR products and shaping clinical and commercial strategy across the territory.

This role requires 8+ years of medical device sales, deep EVAR expertise, and strong analytical, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration skills. Bachelor's degree required; travel expected.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of sales experience in a hospital environment.
• Proven medical device sales/clinical track record with growth.
• Experience selling EVAR/TEVAR, TAVR, or peripheral products preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building.

Responsibilities

• Lead physician and care-team engagement for EVAR procedures and portfolio adoption.
• Manage territory growth with strategic account planning and forecasting.
• Travel extensively to support procedures, conferences, and hospital meetings.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Training, Finance and Clinical teams to deliver value.
• Present clinical and economic value to stakeholders and drive evidence-based learning.
