Job summary

Endologix is seeking a Principal Area Manager to lead regional commercial execution and drive adoption of our peripheral vascular portfolio. You will partner with physicians, hospital systems, and clinical teams to deliver high-value solutions that improve patient outcomes.

The role emphasizes leadership, strategic account planning, and cross-functional collaboration across Marketing, Training, and Medical Education to accelerate growth and sustain revenue.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or technical degree or comparable experience.
• 8+ years of sales experience in a hospital environment with medical devices.
• Proven track record of growth and territory execution.
• Strong clinical knowledge in PTAB procedures, PAD disease states, and evolving therapies.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional commercial execution to drive adoption of Endologix's peripheral vascular portfolio.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans with physicians, hospital systems, and clinical teams.
• Coach field teams and coordinate with Therapy Development Specialists and cross-functional partners.
• Forecasting, business planning, Salesforce documentation, and inventory management.
• Collaborate across Marketing, Training, Medical Education, Finance to accelerate growth.
