Ladders is seeking a Senior Principal Aortic Sales Representative to join our client’s team covering North MA, ME, VT, and NH. This remote field-based role focuses on strategic selling, clinical partnership, and disciplined account execution across a high-priority territory.

You will build strong clinician relationships, support procedural success with product expertise, and drive both adoption and long-term growth while traveling up to 80% as needed.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in sales, clinical, or related roles within medical devices or healthcare.
• 5 years of aortic sales experience preferred.
• Proven track record in sales hunting and developing new accounts.
• Willingness to travel up to 80% within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic territory plans to exceed sales goals.
• Drive territory growth by identifying opportunities and executing sales strategies.
• Manage territory operations with effective customer coverage and compliance.
